i have an oval face,im kinda chunky, lol i recently got 9 inches chopped off to a angled bob, should i have kept it long? Does it matter?Do guys prefer long, short or medium hair styles?

Some like it short some like it long. It also depends on wether the haircut looks good for you.

Most men like long hair subconsciously. Since it has been the distinguishing factor between a woman and a man from centuries ago (even when our bodies were hidden under garbs and corsets and such). There is also the erotic factor, the man grabbing the woman's hair during fellatio or intercourse.

Each guy is different, but normally long hair is considered more beautiful. I wouldn't worry about it if it's already cut off, I'd take cues from what people say when they see you with your new haircut to judge if you made the right choice. It's always subtle though, so pay attention.
Long hair looks better on a oval face. But it you really wanted to you could cut it alittle bit short then usually and see how you like it.
I think long, depends on the hair cut and the type of hair you have. But what ever you like.
