for the first two you have to use a bigger curling iron, for the last two you can scrunch your hair, or use a smaller curling iron.Hair styles???
LMAO James! and about ur question, its just curled hair. look up how to curl hair online or ask someone, get a curling iron, and follow the directions and curl ur hair. If not, then print off those pictures and take it to the salon, they will do it for u, and u will know how to do it urself for next time. good luck!
