Your hair style sounds fine. You can tie it in a ponytail or leave it down. I've had my hair tied in a ponytail before for a bank interview. I've also worn my hair down back when it was several inches past my shoulders. Just make sure your hair is freshly washed and clean, and out of your face and eyes. Keep it simple. Bring your smile and confidence. I worked for two banks for a total of seven years. I've interviewed with four banks, and I received job offers from all of them. I currently work in human resources at a major university. Good luck on the interview. Concentrate on the questions at hand, ';Tell me about yourself. What are three words your coworkers would use to describe you? What did you like least about your job? What makes you angry? Why do you want to work here? Etc.'; Don't worry about the hair. Dress conservatively.I have an interview with Jos A bank... What are some great interview hair styles?
Your hair is fine. Short and chic. Rub some shiny straight balm in your hands like John Frieda Secret Weapon, smooth down and your are ready to knock'em dead. Really.
The classic French twist, elegant and sleek, is perfect for special occasions like weddings and black-tie parties. The modern French twist, a flirty modification to the classic, is good for cocktail parties, work or a night out on the town.

Steps:

1. Begin with clean, dry hair. You may opt to blow-dry curly or wavy hair straight for a smoother look. Work a little mousse through your hair for easier manageability, and tame any flyaways with a drop of anti-frizz serum.

2. Gather hair back into a low ponytail. Raise the height of the ponytail in order to pull in any shorter side layers. Begin to twist hair to the right or the left.

3. Lift the ponytail straight up as you continue to twist the hair. A roll will begin to form against your head. Bend the fingers of your free hand around the roll as you continue to twist the tail.

4. Achieve a classic French twist by tucking the end of your ponytail under the roll. Simply bend the tail and use the fingers cupping the roll to hide it. For a modern twist, let the ends of your ponytail out freely.

5. Secure a classic twist with bobby pins. Moving in the direction of the twist, hook a small portion of the roll, and then a small portion of hair to the side of the roll, with the lower prong of a bobby pin. Then turn the pin 180 degrees and insert it deeply into the groove made by the roll.

6. Fasten your modern twist using a large barrette or hair sticks. Clip the top end of your twist, including small amounts of hair from either side of the roll. You'll need a sturdy clip with a very strong hinge mechanism.

7. Graze the tip of a hair stick through a 1-inch section of your roll, moving in the direction of the twist. Lift your hand, turning the stick 180 degrees, then insert it snugly through the roll. Repeat with a second stick.

Tips:

For the classic twist, you might substitute small hair combs for pins. Move the comb in the direction of the twist, snagging a small portion of the roll just before you pass over it. Lift the comb 180 degrees and then push gently into the roll and hide it in the groove.

With a lot of practice you'll learn to achieve this look in less than 10 minutes.

Warnings:

Avoid pulling or twisting your hair too hard, as unwanted breakage or hair loss may result.

Be careful not to claw yourself with the ends of combs, bobby pins or hair sticks.
Try a french twist, this would be very sophisticated looking and great for an interview. The shorter parts of your hair would fall out but you could pin them back or just let them flow.
a bun
I would say try a trim, Get a bob hair style, its sexy, and professional at same time. If you want to add spice to it, get an inverted bob, angled shorter in back and longer in front, Just get a slight angle at first for interview. will look great, Its probaly time for a trim anyways isn't it?? Good luck with the job.
