What are some cute hair styles to do with mixed(biracial hair)?

I am Hispanic and African American. My hair is thick and curly, but when I flat iron it, it gets really straight. I want to find out how to do some nice hair styles for biracial hair. I cut it from that pic but I just wants some nice styles. HELP???

Spray or wax and then crimp with the kind of crimper that has velvet on it. That is one. You can be creative with it and not do all the hair the same and do lots of little tendrils, but the top should definitely have the roots lifted and the ends kinda fluffed out.
