About to get a scene hair cut but until then im trying to get my hair to do something edgy cause im sick of just haveing straight hair. My moms a hairstylest and i tried asking her she said i could use any of her products but she couldnt think of any... if you have any ideas/ tips it would help alot..Hair styles?
Oh yay! so glad I saw this question....I happen to be scene myself...and I can tell you i had the same problem at first....what i do..that i wish i had known before...is i take a razor (like the kind you would use to shave your legs) and just go along the bottoms of your hair...or along the parts you want shorter....go downwards..not upwards....it will give u a little bit of layering....then...i would suggest looking for a wax type of thing for your hair. i use fructis garnier brand...it works really well... then get abunch on your fingers and run it through.....then grab your hairspray...and turn on your straightener...
grab a teasing comb...
start with your top layers....take a small chunk..and hairspray it...then tease it....in the layers close to your bangs and or forehead.....tease only the underneath side...but the layers under that...if u want extra volume....then tease the top side as well..do that for it all....and aftre u have teased each piece..use a straightener on it...pulling away from ur head into the air...then pull it all ur teased hair down and push it around....until it cover ur entire head instead of random spikes stickig out....brush it slightly..then hairspray it all so it fels like concrete....
now i know htis sounds complicated but it really isnt..you will get the hang of it....oh and btw....that is for hair that looke like this...

ohk, if you get shoort layers like a mullet but dont make it to fulll on and then , you should have your short layers go down to around ur chin and then have no layers after that and yeh!! then get it thined out.. ohk my work here is done,, :) lol
