What kind of hair styles do black men/women wear in Baltimore, MD?
One word: DREDS! Lots of people have dredlocks. It's just the thing now. Cornrows are definitely out but some people have them. Short haircuts are in for men. Girls do dreds a lot but they also just get extensions like people from other states. Straight ones, usually.What kind of hair styles do black men/women wear in Baltimore, MD?
