Hair styles?

i'm looking for a new hairstyle! my hair is very light brown, almost blondie. it's just past shoulder length, and i think i would like it just above shoulder length, not too short. i have a fairly round face and i'm not looking to dye my hair. after i dye my hair it gets very frizzy because i straighten it with a flat iron.
